Tasty Mediterranean Chicken Wraps (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Chicken & Marinade

01 - Boneless skinless chicken breast, about 650g (1 1/2 lbs)
02 - 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
03 - 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
04 - 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
05 - 1 1/2 teaspoons dried mint leaves

→ Yogurt Sauce

06 - 1/2 cup regular yogurt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon dried dill (or swap for 1 tablespoon fresh)
08 - Salt and pepper as needed

→ Wrap Components

09 - 3-4 flour tortillas
10 - Hummus (any type you enjoy)
11 - 1 cup shredded cabbage
12 - Mixed salad greens
13 - Cooked broccoli bits

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Chop all your veggies for the salad before you start anything else. It'll make putting everything together way easier later on!
02 - Stir the yogurt with one chopped garlic clove, a bit of salt, and the dill until smooth. You've just made a super quick tzatziki!
03 - Dice the chicken into small chunks and toss them in a non-stick pan with a spoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Throw in two chopped garlic cloves, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and dried mint. Mix everything well and cook for 8-10 minutes until the chicken turns golden and tasty.
04 - Spread out your tortillas and load them up! Start with some shredded cabbage, pile on the hot chicken, add some broccoli if you want, toss in some salad greens, smear on plenty of hummus, and top with a spoonful of your yogurt sauce. Roll everything up tight and enjoy while hot!
