01 -
Pop your cream cheese in a large microwave-safe bowl and microwave it for 10 seconds. Stir together the mint flavor, sugar, and cream cheese with a whisk until it looks smooth, kind of like frosting—this'll take about a minute.
02 -
Bit by bit, add in the milk, heavy cream, and any food coloring you're using. Stir until the sugar vanishes and the mix looks uniform.
03 -
Pour everything into the CREAMi™ Pint. Close it up with the lid, and stick it in the freezer for a full day—24 hours.
04 -
Once frozen, take off the lid and pop the pint into the larger outer bowl. Hook up the Creamerizer™ Paddle to the lid, lock it onto the outer bowl, and set it on the motor base. Hit the ICE CREAM button and let it work its magic.
05 -
Make a small hole in the center of the prepared ice cream, about 1½ inches wide. Toss those chocolate chips into the hole, then pick the MIX-IN option to combine.
06 -
Take the ice cream out of the container and dig in immediately. Add your favorite toppings if you want.
