Ham and Cheese Sticks (Printable Format)

Ham and cheese wrapped in buttery dough, baked or air fried to golden perfection with garlic butter.

# Needed Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
02 - 8 slices deli ham
03 - 8 cheese sticks (mozzarella or cheddar)
04 - 1 tablespoon mustard (optional)

→ Garlic Butter Topping (optional)

05 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
08 - 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F or air fryer to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly oil an air fryer basket. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles or rectangles.
02 - Spread a thin layer of mustard onto each dough piece if desired. Layer one slice of ham over each triangle, folding to fit as needed. Position a cheese stick or chunk of cheese over the ham. Roll dough tightly around fillings, folding in the edges to completely seal.
03 - Stir together the melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley in a small bowl. Brush each rolled stick generously with the mixture. Sprinkle the tops evenly with grated Parmesan cheese.
04 - Arrange prepared sticks on the baking sheet or in the air fryer basket. Bake in the oven for 12–15 minutes until golden brown, or air fry in batches for 8–10 minutes, turning halfway through for even browning.
05 - Allow sticks to cool for 3–5 minutes before serving to ensure the cheese sets.

# Supplementary Details:

01 - Ensure cheese is completely enclosed by dough to prevent melting and leakage during baking or air frying.
