01 -
Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Generously grease a Bundt pan to prevent sticking.
02 -
In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine olive oil, melted butter, dried onion bits, minced garlic, Italian herb mix, crushed red pepper, and chopped parsley. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the butter is fully melted and all flavors are well blended.
03 -
Cut flaky biscuits into quarters and pizza dough into 1 1/2-inch pieces. Evenly scatter one third of the mini pepperoni slices and one third of the grated parmesan cheese into the bottom of the prepared Bundt pan.
04 -
Toss all dough pieces in the olive oil mixture until thoroughly coated. Add half of the coated dough pieces into the Bundt pan. Sprinkle with half the remaining pepperoni and parmesan cheese. Drizzle with 1/4 cup marinara sauce, then top with half the shredded mozzarella.
05 -
Place the remaining coated dough pieces into the Bundt pan. Top with the rest of the marinara sauce, followed by remaining pepperoni, parmesan, and mozzarella. Distribute ingredients evenly to ensure full coverage.
06 -
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the dough is fully cooked through. Cool in the Bundt pan for 10 minutes before carefully inverting onto a serving platter. Serve warm, with extra marinara sauce for dipping if desired.
