Dill Cucumber Yogurt Mix (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Yogurt Sauce

01 - 1/5 teaspoon ground black pepper, freshly cracked
02 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic, finely grated
03 - 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt, fine
05 - 3/4 cup (150g) full-fat plain yogurt or Greek yogurt
06 - 1 1/2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

→ Veggies

07 - 1/2 red onion, ultra-thin slices
08 - 1/4 cup dill, chopped finely
09 - 2 large English cucumbers (1 1/2 pounds or 670g), sliced into slim half-moons

# Preparation Steps:

01 - In a small dish, stir yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, grated garlic, and pepper until it’s creamy and well-blended.
02 - Halve those cucumbers lengthwise, then slice them into thin moon shapes—each around 3mm thick. For the onion, make super-slim rings.
03 - Grab a big bowl and mix your cucumber slices, onion, and dill. Drizzle the yogurt sauce on top, then toss gently to cover everything evenly.
04 - Eat it at room temp right away, or pop it in the fridge until it’s nice and cool before digging in.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Great for summer hangouts, outdoor meals, or picnics—super refreshing!
02 - Go for English cucumbers—they're less seedy and their skins are thinner.
