# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
02 - 1 lb beef, ground
03 - 1 small onion, chopped fine

→ Spices and Sauce

04 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
05 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
06 - 1 tablespoon mustard
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1/2 cup ketchup
09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
10 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

→ Wrapping and Cooking

11 - Cooking oil for frying
12 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for brushing
13 - 10-12 egg roll wraps

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Cook the beef until browned, drain off fat. Toss in the chopped onion and spices, cook till the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
02 - Let the mixture cool down slightly, then blend in the cheese.
03 - Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the filling onto a wrapper. Fold in the edges, roll up tightly, and seal with a little water.
04 - Deep fry for about 3-4 minutes or air fry at 375°F for around 8-10 minutes till crispy and golden.
