# Needed Ingredients:

→ Marinade

01 - 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
02 - 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
03 - 1/4 cup brown sugar
04 - 3 tablespoons lemon juice
05 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce
06 - 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
07 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
08 - 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
09 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Chicken

10 - 2 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, lemon juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in a large zip-top bag. Squeeze the bag to blend all the ingredients evenly.
02 - Place chicken breasts in the bag and use your hands to massage the marinade over the chicken through the bag. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, ideally up to 4 hours for optimal flavor penetration.
03 - Remove the bag from the refrigerator 30 minutes prior to cooking and allow the chicken to come to room temperature.
04 - Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken breasts from marinade and shake off excess. Grill for 5 to 6 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 155°F. Transfer chicken to a plate, cover with foil, and rest for 5 minutes or until internal temperature rises to 165°F.
05 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake for 18 to 20 minutes, depending on thickness, until the internal temperature reaches 155°F. Immediately cover with foil and rest for 5 minutes or until internal temperature increases to 165°F.

# Supplementary Details:

01 - Allow the chicken to rest covered after cooking to ensure maximum juiciness. For the most robust flavor, marinate chicken overnight if time allows.
