Chicken Avocado Melt (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main

01 - 2 chicken breasts, no skin or bones
02 - Pinch of salt and pepper
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
04 - 1 ripe avocado, cut into slices
05 - 4 slices of your favorite cheese (try provolone, cheddar or Swiss)

→ Bread & Spreads

06 - 4 slices sourdough or ciabatta bread
07 - 2 tablespoons mayo
08 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
09 - Some butter or olive oil for the pan

→ Vegetables

10 - 1 small red onion, sliced thin
11 - 1 fresh tomato, cut into rounds

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Add salt and pepper to chicken, then cook with oil about 6-7 minutes each side until fully done. Let it sit before cutting
02 - Cut up your avocado, grab your cheese, slice your onion and tomato
03 - Put mayo and mustard on your bread slices. Stack chicken, avocado slices, cheese, onion rings and tomato
04 - Put some butter or oil in pan and brown sandwiches until they're golden and the cheese gets gooey, about 3-4 minutes per side
