# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 12 soft slider rolls

→ Spices

03 - 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
04 - 1⁄4 teaspoon table salt
05 - 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Condiments & Toppings

07 - 1 tablespoon ketchup
08 - 1 teaspoon mustard (yellow)
09 - 1⁄2 cup grated cheddar cheese
10 - 1 tablespoon cooking oil
11 - 1⁄4 cup pickle pieces (diced)
12 - 1⁄4 cup mayo

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and preheat. Slice through the buns, lay bottoms on a baking pan with parchment.
02 - Blend beef with all the spices, roll into 12 patties (about 2-inch size). Fry 3–4 minutes on both sides.
03 - Stir mayo, ketchup, and mustard in a bowl till smooth.
04 - Spread dressing on buns, add cheese, lay patties on top, sprinkle pickles, and cover with the tops.
05 - Pop into the oven for 8–10 minutes. Buns should toast and cheese will melt.
