# What You'll Need:

→ Spicy Seasoning Blend

01 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
02 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
03 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
04 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
05 - 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
06 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
07 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

→ Main Ingredients

08 - 1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
09 - 2 cups shredded coleslaw mix
10 - 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
11 - 4 small tortillas (fajita size)
12 - 10 ounces salmon fillet
13 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

→ Tangy Mayo Sauce

14 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
15 - 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
16 - Salt as needed
17 - 1 tablespoon hot sauce

# Preparation Steps:

01 - In a small bowl, stir together all the seasoning blend. Coat the salmon’s flesh side generously (do both sides for skinless). Drizzle olive oil over it and let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
02 - Warm oil in a skillet on medium heat. Place salmon in, flesh side first, and cook for about three minutes. Flip it carefully, and cook another 2-3 minutes until done how you like.
03 - After cooking, let the salmon sit for 4-5 minutes to cool slightly. Break it into small chunks or flakes.
04 - Whisk mayo, lime juice, and hot sauce in a bowl until smooth. Sprinkle some salt to adjust taste.
05 - Gently warm up the tortillas. Add salmon pieces, coleslaw mix, feta, and tomatoes to each tortilla. Drizzle your spicy mayo on top before serving.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Fajita tortillas usually measure 4.5 to 6.5 inches across
02 - Shredded cabbage or leafy greens can swap for coleslaw mix
03 - Extra toppings could be jalapeños, pickled onions, sliced avocado, green onions, or cilantro
