Steep chamomile tea in hot water until fully brewed. Measure out 1/2 cup, then allow to cool to room temperature.

Peel the banana and cut into chunks. Gather honey, milk, and ice cubes if using.

In a blender, combine the cooled chamomile tea, banana, honey, milk, and desired amount of ice cubes. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

Pour the smoothie into a glass. Optionally, garnish with dried chamomile leaves or a banana slice. Serve immediately.
