Spinach Mushroom Quesadillas (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Base

01 - 1 cup of shredded cheese
02 - 4 large tortillas made from flour

→ Seasonings

03 - Salt and pepper as you like
04 - 1/4 tsp optional dried thyme
05 - 1/2 tsp of onion powder
06 - A dash of garlic powder (1/2 tsp)
07 - Brush with cooking spray or olive oil
08 - 1 tbsp olive oil

→ Vegetables

09 - 1 cup of mushrooms, thinly sliced
10 - 2 cups of chopped fresh spinach leaves

# Preparation Steps:

01 - At 400°F, bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the outside looks crispy and golden. Brush with oil before placing in the oven.
02 - Put a layer of cheese and cooked veggies on one side of the tortilla. Close by folding the other side over.
03 - Heat mushrooms in a pan for around 5 minutes, then toss in spinach until it softens and shrinks. Sprinkle seasonings while stirring.
