Rinse the peach thoroughly under cool water. Cut in half and remove the pit. Optionally, lightly brush or spray the cut surface with oil to enhance adherence of toppings.

Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for approximately 3 minutes if your model requires preheating.

Arrange peach halves cut-side down in a single layer within the air fryer basket. Cook for 5 minutes.

While peaches cook, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl. After 5 minutes, turn peach halves cut-side up, generously spoon the butter mixture onto each, and return to the air fryer. Cook an additional 5 to 6 minutes until topping is bubbling and caramelized.

Remove peaches from air fryer and present warm. Garnish as desired with vanilla ice cream, granola, chopped nuts, whipped cream, honey, or yogurt.
