# What You'll Need:

01 - 1.5 packs (200g) of Oreos, crushed.
02 - A quarter cup of melted butter, unsalted.
03 - 3 teaspoons of powdered gelatin.
04 - 60ml water (1/4 cup).
05 - Softened block cream cheese, 500g.
06 - Half a cup of icing sugar.
07 - 240ml heavy cream (1 cup).
08 - Another 1/2 cup of heavy cream.
09 - Half a cup of Nutella (plus extra for topping).
10 - 1/4 cup dark chocolate pieces.
11 - Chopped and toasted hazelnuts, 1/4 cup.
12 - 180ml whipped cream (1/2 cup).
13 - 3 tablespoons warmed up Nutella to drizzle.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Use parchment paper to line an 8-inch springform pan.
02 - Crush Oreos into crumbs using a processor, mix with the melted butter, and spread in the pan evenly.
03 - Mix gelatin powder with water, microwave it for 15 seconds, and let it cool. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and Nutella together. Stir in the cooled gelatin. Whip the cream in a separate bowl. Combine the whipped cream gently into the Nutella mixture.
04 - Spread the filling over the crust and keep it in the fridge for about an hour.
05 - Heat up the chocolate, Nutella, and cream until it’s smooth. Let it cool for a minute or two before pouring it over the chilled filling. Chill the cake for 3 more hours.
06 - Sprinkle hazelnuts on top. Pipe whipped cream along the edges and drizzle the warmed Nutella over everything.
