Tender salmon fillets with garlic butter, lemon, honey, and herbs baked perfectly in the oven.

# Needed Ingredients:

01 - 4 salmon fillets, approximately 170 grams each
02 - Salt, to taste
03 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
04 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
05 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
07 - 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
08 - 1 tablespoon honey
09 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
10 - 1 lemon, thinly sliced
11 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
02 - Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Season each fillet with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
03 - In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, and chopped parsley. Stir until fully blended.
04 - Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over each fillet, ensuring each is well coated.
05 - Arrange lemon slices on top and around the salmon fillets. Sprinkle dried thyme over the top, if using.
06 - Bake in preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Adjust baking time based on fillet thickness.
07 - Remove salmon from the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes before serving.

# Supplementary Details:

01 - For the best flavor and moisture, avoid overcooking the salmon; remove from the oven when just opaque in the center.
