Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Season each fillet with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, and chopped parsley. Stir until fully blended.

Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over each fillet, ensuring each is well coated.

Arrange lemon slices on top and around the salmon fillets. Sprinkle dried thyme over the top, if using.

Bake in preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Adjust baking time based on fillet thickness.
