Cherry Cream Crescents (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling.
02 - 2 tubes (8 oz each) crescent rolls.
03 - 1 large egg, room temperature, separated.
04 - 1 cup powdered sugar.
05 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Mix cream cheese with sugar, then beat in the egg yolk until smooth.
02 - Turn oven on to 350°F. Prep baking trays with a layer of grease. Pull apart the crescent dough into 16 pieces and spread them on the trays.
03 - Spoon 1 tablespoon of the cream mixture near the base of the triangle. Add 1 tablespoon of cherry filling. Roll up the dough, covering the filling. Pinch loose ends underneath and brush with whipped egg white.
04 - Bake for around 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden.
