Soothing Lavender Tea

# What You'll Need:

1 tablespoon dried lavender flowers.

2 cups any milk you prefer.

1 tablespoon natural honey.

1 tablespoon Earl Grey or black tea leaves.

Fresh mint garnish (if you want).
# Preparation Steps:

Mix your milk with honey and lavender in a pot. Warm it till it's hot but don't let it bubble up.

Take it off the stove and let those lavender bits soak for 2 minutes.

Toss in your tea and mint leaves (if you're using them) and wait another 2 minutes.

Filter into mugs. You can keep 1/2 cup milk aside to make foam on top if that's your thing.

Works with whatever milk you've got in the fridge.

Keep an eye on it - bubbling milk can get chunky.
