Soothing Lavender Tea (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 tablespoon dried lavender flowers.
02 - 2 cups any milk you prefer.
03 - 1 tablespoon natural honey.
04 - 1 tablespoon Earl Grey or black tea leaves.
05 - Fresh mint garnish (if you want).

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Mix your milk with honey and lavender in a pot. Warm it till it's hot but don't let it bubble up.
02 - Take it off the stove and let those lavender bits soak for 2 minutes.
03 - Toss in your tea and mint leaves (if you're using them) and wait another 2 minutes.
04 - Filter into mugs. You can keep 1/2 cup milk aside to make foam on top if that's your thing.
