Grab a cookie pan and cover it with parchment paper.

Take a tablespoon of the mixture, flatten it out with a spoon, put them at least 2 inches apart, and sprinkle toppings if you’d like.

Bake for 40-50 minutes. Keep an eye around 35 minutes. Edges should look dark brown, and the top golden.
