Split up the mustard, turkey, spinach, bacon, and cheese so they’re ready for two sandwiches.

Start layering! Spread mustard on bread, pile on cheese, turkey, tomato, spinach, and bacon. Top it off with another slice of mustard-covered bread and more cheese.

Coat the outside of both bread slices with that softened butter.

Cook in a skillet over medium heat, flipping after 3-4 minutes. Keep at it until the bread is crispy and the cheese is gooey.
