# Needed Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 lb sea scallops, dried well.
02 - 2 lobster tails.
03 - Salt and black pepper to your liking.
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
05 - 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
06 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter.
07 - Fresh parsley leaves for topping.
08 - Lemon pieces to serve with.
09 - 1 teaspoon paprika.
10 - 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter.
11 - 1 tablespoon fresh-squeezed lemon juice.
12 - 3 garlic cloves, minced.
13 - Fresh parsley to garnish.
14 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Dry scallops with paper towels and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and sear them for 2 or 3 minutes on each side. Take them out once done.
02 - Using kitchen scissors, slice the shell down the middle and gently lift the meat, leaving the base attached. Rest the meat on the shell.
03 - Combine melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the lobster meat with the mixture using a brush.
04 - Place under a broiler for 8-10 minutes until the meat becomes white and firm. Midway through, brush with more garlic butter.
05 - Melt butter in the same frying pan, cook garlic for about a minute, then toss the scallops back in to coat them.
06 - Add parsley on top and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
