# Needed Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon red gel food coloring.
02 - 2 teaspoons cinnamon flavoring oil.
03 - 1 cup butter, plus a little extra for prepping the pan.
04 - 1½ cups whipping cream.
05 - 1½ cups light corn syrup.
06 - 2 cups granulated white sugar.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Grease a 9x13 dish with butter, then leave it alone for now.
02 - Put the sugar, corn syrup, cream, and butter into a big saucepan. Stir all the time on medium heat until the temperature hits 240°F (takes up to half an hour).
03 - Take it off the stove and mix in the red food dye and cinnamon oil.
04 - Pour the hot mixture into your buttered dish. Let it cool down at room temperature for a bit, then pop it in the fridge so it can firm up.
05 - Before cutting, let it rest for 10-15 minutes at room temperature. Wrap the pieces in wax paper to keep them fresh.
