In a mixing bowl, whisk together cottage cheese, eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried oregano until well combined.

Pour the blended mixture into the prepared baking dish and evenly sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.

Place the dish in the oven and bake for 25–30 minutes until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden.
