Baked Honey Mustard Chicken (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - Four boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
02 - Half a teaspoon of garlic powder.
03 - Salt and pepper as you like.
04 - Quarter cup of honey.
05 - Quarter cup Dijon-style mustard.
06 - Half a cup of chicken stock.
07 - One tablespoon of cornstarch.
08 - Optional: Chopped parsley for topping.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Turn on your oven to 400°F and put the rack in the upper third slot.
02 - Put the chicken in a 9x13 pan and sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper on it.
03 - Put the chicken in the oven uncovered for 10 minutes.
04 - Stir honey, Dijon mustard, chicken stock, and cornstarch together in a bowl.
05 - Add the sauce to the chicken and bake for another 15-20 minutes till it’s 165°F inside.
06 - Spoon some sauce over the chicken, let it rest for 5 minutes, and sprinkle with parsley if you like.
