# Preparation Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F. Coat a 9-inch springform pan with grease, then line it.
02 - Combine cocoa, flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and soda by sifting them together.
03 - Whisk eggs, buttermilk, oil, food coloring, vanilla, and vinegar in a bowl. Gently mix with the dry batch until blended.
04 - Transfer the batter to the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool the cake fully once baked.
05 - Gradually beat sugar and vanilla into the cream cheese until smooth. Gently fold in the strawberry puree, then the whipped cream.
