Sweet Pink Chex Mix (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Components

01 - 10 ounces white candy melts
02 - 1 cup broken mini pretzels (grab Snyder's Gluten-Free if you need!)
03 - 5 cups Chex cereal (we'll divide this later)
04 - 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar (plain white works, or color it pink for fun!)

→ Toppings

05 - Mix in 6 ounces Valentine's M&Ms
06 - Optional: Scatter your favorite sprinkles on top

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Lay parchment paper across a large baking sheet. Dump your cereal into a big mixing bowl, and put the confectioners' sugar inside a zip-top gallon bag.
02 - Pop the white candy melts in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. You can also use a double boiler if that's your thing.
03 - Pour melted chocolate over the cereal and mix until everything's covered. Transfer half this mixture to your sugar-filled bag and shake it around to coat.
04 - Mix pretzels with the remaining cereal in your bowl. Spread this onto your lined sheet, add M&Ms and sprinkles, then scatter the sugar-coated cereal on top.
05 - Let everything sit for about 20 minutes. When it's firm, break up any big chunks before you serve it.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Can't find candy melts? Regular white chocolate chips work too - just add a teaspoon of coconut or vegetable oil while melting.
02 - Pink or colored sugar makes this treat extra special!
