Rolled Turkey Breast Dinner (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 3-3.25 pounds turkey breast.
02 - 4 ounces softened cream cheese.
03 - 1 tablespoon crushed garlic.
04 - 1/3 cup shredded fresh spinach.
05 - 1/3 cup crumbled bacon bits.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon table salt.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.
08 - 1 tablespoon fresh diced parsley.
09 - 1 teaspoon snipped rosemary.
10 - 1 teaspoon finely cut thyme.
11 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted.
12 - 1/2 teaspoon powdered garlic.
13 - 1/2 teaspoon smoky paprika.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Warm up your oven to 400°F. Flatten turkey until it's about 1/4-inch thick.
02 - Combine softened cream cheese with spinach, garlic, bacon chunks, your herbs, salt and pepper.
03 - Layer the mixed stuffing onto flattened turkey, then roll it up and stick toothpicks in to hold shape.
04 - Coat the outside of your turkey roll with your spice blend.
05 - Put in oven for 15-25 minutes till the center hits 160°F. Pop under broiler for 5 minutes to get a nice brown crust.
06 - Let sit for 5-10 minutes, coat with herb butter, then cut into slices and dish up.
