To make hibiscus tea, steep a couple of teabags or loose hibiscus petals in boiling water for a few minutes, then chill it completely in the fridge before using.

Throw the hibiscus tea, pineapple, coconut water, lime juice, and some ice cubes into the blender. Blend everything together on high until it’s smooth and fluffy.

Take a sip and see how it tastes. If it feels too tart, balance it with extra pineapple, or add more lime juice if you prefer it zestier.
