# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 pound pork and sage breakfast sausage meat.
02 - 1/2 cup grated strong cheddar.
03 - 1/2 cup crunchy panko crumbs.
04 - 2 eggs, separated for different uses.
05 - 2 tablespoons tangy Dijon.
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh picked thyme.
07 - 17.3 oz package puff pastry containing 2 sheets.
08 - 2 tablespoons everything bagel mix.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Get your oven hot at 400°F and put parchment on your baking tray.
02 - Mix your sausage with the cheddar, panko, 1 egg, and thyme leaves.
03 - Beat the other egg with a splash of water.
04 - Unfold pastry sheets and slice each one into two long pieces.
05 - Spread sausage mixture down the middle of strips. Coat one edge with Dijon, the other with beaten egg.
06 - Fold pastry over the filling and press to stick. Put seam side down.
