Three Cheese Herb Bread (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Base Dough

01 - 3 eggs
02 - 2 tablespoons honey
03 - 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
04 - 3/4 cup warm milk
05 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
06 - 3 1/2 to 4 cups flour

→ Cheesy Filling

07 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 1/3 cup fresh chopped Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme, sage)
09 - 1/4 cup Parmesan, freshly grated
10 - 1 cup mozzarella, cubed or shredded
11 - 2 cups cheddar, shredded

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Pour yeast and honey into warm milk, leave it alone for 5 minutes to foam. Add salt, eggs, and 3 1/2 cups of flour. Use a dough hook to blend until smooth, working in extra flour only if it's too sticky.
02 - Cover and leave the dough somewhere warm for about 1 hour until it grows twice as big.
03 - Grab a bowl and toss in mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan, minced garlic, and chopped herbs. Stir it all together.
04 - Roll the dough into a big rectangle, around 12x18 inches. Spread the cheesy mix over the whole thing, roll it up nice and tight. Slice down the middle lengthwise. Twist the two halves, coil them into a ring, and place on a parchment-covered baking tray.
05 - Cover the shaped loaf and wait 15 minutes. Bake it at 350°F for about 30-35 minutes until the top is golden and toasty.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Tastes the best when warm and the cheese is gooey
02 - Dried herbs can work too, just use half the amount
