Turn oven to 400°F. Coat a 9x13 dish with non-stick spray, then add a thin coating of tomato sauce

Start with 1/3 of the pepperoni, add half your tots, pour 1 cup sauce, sprinkle 1 cup mozzarella. Do this layering again. Finish with leftover pepperoni and parmesan on top

Wrap with foil and cook for 20 minutes. Take foil off and cook another 15-20 minutes until it's nice and golden
