# What You'll Need:

01 - Mayo (1/4 cup).
02 - Tomato sauce (2 tablespoons).
03 - Brown mustard (1 tablespoon).
04 - Brine from pickles (1 teaspoon).
05 - Red spice powder (1/4 teaspoon).
06 - Powdered garlic (1/4 teaspoon).
07 - Oil from olives (2 tablespoons).
08 - Big onions, cut into thin slices (2).
09 - Ground beef 85/15 (12 ounces).
10 - Table salt (1/2 teaspoon).
11 - Black pepper (1/2 teaspoon).
12 - Brown tangy sauce (1 teaspoon).
13 - Bread made with rye (8 slices).
14 - Butter without salt (3 tablespoons).
15 - Slices of Swiss cheese (4).
16 - Slices of yellow cheese (4).

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Combine mayo, tomato sauce, brown mustard, pickle brine, red spice, and garlic powder till it's all blended.
02 - Slowly fry sliced onions with olive oil on low-medium heat for half an hour till they turn golden. Splash in water now and then to stop them burning.
03 - Blend meat with salt, pepper, and brown tangy sauce. Form into four flat patties that match your bread size.
04 - Throw patties on medium heat and cook till they're brown on each side. Put them aside when done.
05 - Spread butter on bread pieces. Stack in this order: bread (butter down), Swiss cheese, meat, onions, sauce, yellow cheese, and top bread (butter up).
06 - Heat the sandwiches till they're golden and the cheese gets all melty, flipping just once.
