# What You'll Need:

→ Main Protein

01 - 1 pound of salmon

→ Spice Mix

02 - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
03 - ½ teaspoon of paprika
04 - ½ teaspoon of kosher salt
05 - ¼ teaspoon of chili powder
06 - ¼ teaspoon of onion powder

→ Sauce

07 - ¼ cup of honey
08 - 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
09 - 2 minced fresh garlic cloves
10 - 1 teaspoon of sriracha
11 - 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Stir together the onion powder, chili powder, salt, paprika, and garlic powder in a small container
02 - Whisk sriracha, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, and honey together in another bowl
03 - Take the skin off the salmon and dice into 1-inch chunks. Roll the pieces in the spice blend until fully covered
04 - Warm up the coconut oil in a big pan over medium-high heat. Put salmon chunks in one layer and let them cook for 1 minute
05 - Turn the salmon pieces over, pour in the honey mixture, and cook another minute. Stir gently to cover fish with sauce and continue cooking for 60-90 seconds
06 - Take the pan off the heat and wait 2-3 minutes before you serve it
