Meatballs & Chili Dip (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Meatballs

01 - 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
02 - 1 egg
03 - 1/4 cup bread crumbs
04 - 1/4 cup tiny diced onion
05 - 2 crushed garlic cloves
06 - 1/4 cup snipped fresh parsley
07 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
08 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
09 - 1 pound ground beef
10 - 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
11 - 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
12 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

→ Zesty Spicy Sauce

13 - 1 tablespoon sriracha
14 - 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
15 - 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce
16 - 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
17 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Toss all the meatball ingredients into a large bowl and stir everything until well combined.
02 - Grab bits of the mixture and roll them into small, round meatballs.
03 - Pour a bit of olive oil in a big skillet over medium heat, then cook those meatballs until they're nice and brown all around.
04 - Mix all the sauce stuff in a small bowl until it looks smooth and creamy.
05 - Serve those warm meatballs with the spicy mayo dip on the side.

# Additional Tips:

01 - You can switch out beef for any ground meat that makes you happy.
02 - Add more or less sriracha depending on how much heat you can handle.
03 - They taste awesome with a side of rice or noodles for a fuller meal.
