Avocado Chicken Cheese Wraps (Printable Version)

01 - 2 pre-cooked chicken breasts, cut into strips
02 - 6 oversized flour tortillas
03 - 3 cups shredded lettuce
04 - 1 ripe tomato, chopped small
05 - 1 pitted avocado, cubed
06 - 1 cup tangy sour cream
07 - 3 cups shredded sharp yellow cheddar

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Add seasonings to chicken, fry in olive oil about 5-7 minutes each side till it reaches 165-170°F inside
02 - Cut chicken into pieces, dice your veggies, shred the cheese
03 - Put down tortilla first, then add cheese, chicken, sour cream, avocado, tomatoes and lettuce
04 - Warm up a plain skillet, toast your wraps until they're golden brown on each side
