Garlic Cheddar Bread (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 2 cups regular flour.
02 - 1 tablespoon white sugar.
03 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder.
04 - 2 teaspoons baking powder.
05 - 1 teaspoon salt.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
07 - 4 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled down.
08 - 1 1/3 cups buttermilk.
09 - 2 large eggs.
10 - 3 cups grated cheddar cheese.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Warm up oven to 350°F. Butter a 9x5 inch bread pan.
02 - Mix flour, sugar, garlic powder, baking powder, salt and baking soda together. Add 2 cups cheese and stir.
03 - Whisk together the melted butter, buttermilk and eggs until smooth.
04 - Gently mix wet stuff into dry stuff until barely combined. Transfer to your pan.
05 - Sprinkle leftover cheese on top. Cover with foil and cook 30 minutes, then take foil off for another 20 minutes.
06 - Leave bread in pan for 10 minutes before moving to cooling rack.
