# What You'll Need:

01 - 12 oz (340g) farfalle (butterfly pasta)
02 - 1 lb (450g) ground beef
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 1 small onion, diced
05 - 2 cloves garlic, crushed
06 - 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
07 - 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (if you want)
08 - Salt and pepper as needed

→ Creamy Garlic Sauce

09 - 3 tablespoons butter, unsalted
10 - 2 cloves garlic, crushed
11 - 1 tablespoon flour
12 - 1 cup (240ml) milk
13 - 1 cup (100g) mozzarella, shredded
14 - 1/2 cup (50g) Parmesan, freshly grated
15 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Cook pasta till firm to bite, save 1/2 cup cooking water before you drain
02 - Sauté beef with oil, then toss in onion, garlic, and spices until everything gets soft
03 - Melt butter with garlic, stir in flour. Pour milk slowly, keep stirring till it thickens
04 - Add all cheeses till they melt, then dump in pasta and beef. Splash in saved water if too thick
05 - Sprinkle parsley on top and maybe extra Parmesan if you're feeling fancy
