02 - 1 tablespoon oil from olives.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon regular salt.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.
05 - 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
06 - 1 big shallot, cut into small cubes (1/3 cup).
07 - 2/3 cup juice squeezed from oranges.
08 - 1 cup broth made from chicken.
09 - 1 tablespoon grated orange peel.
10 - 1 1/2 tablespoons natural honey.
11 - 1 tablespoon vinegar from apple cider.
12 - 1 cup fresh cranberries, with 2 extra tablespoons for topping.
13 - 1/2 orange, cut into thin rounds.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Warm up the oven to 400°F. Sprinkle chicken pieces with pepper and salt.
02 - Brown chicken in a hot, oiled pan for about 4-5 minutes on each side till it's golden. Set aside on a plate.
03 - Soften the shallot and garlic for 4-5 minutes. Pour in all wet ingredients, add honey, and mix in cranberries. Let bubble for 8-10 minutes until it gets thicker.
04 - Put chicken back into the pan along with leftover cranberries and sliced orange. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until chicken temp hits 165°F.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Make sure your pan can go in the oven.
02 - The dish works better with cranberries that aren't dried.
03 - You can swap out honey for some pure maple syrup.
