Sweet Spicy Chicken (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main

01 - 1.5 pounds of chicken breast or thigh, no bones or skin

→ Sauce

02 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
03 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
04 - 2-3 tablespoons of Sriracha
05 - 1/4 cup of honey
06 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
07 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
08 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch: mix it with 2 tablespoons water
09 - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

→ Garnish

10 - Chopped green onions
11 - A sprinkle of sesame seeds

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper, then pat it dry.
02 - Stir together Sriracha, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic, and sesame oil in a bowl.
03 - Heat vegetable oil and cook chicken for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and the inside hits 165°F.
04 - Pour sauce into the pan to simmer. Add the cornstarch mix to thicken. Stir chicken through the sauce for an even coat.
05 - Top it with sesame seeds and green onions before plating.
