Put parchment paper in an 8x8-inch baking dish.

Slowly warm the condensed milk in a pot over low to medium fire.

Dump in cookie mix and stir until everything's blended.

Throw in white chocolate chips, butter and vanilla. Keep stirring till it's all smooth.

Transfer to your dish, scatter sprinkles on top. Let it harden for 4 hours or pop in fridge to make it faster.
