Stir together icing sugar, coconut and condensed milk in a big bowl.

Roll the mixture into small 1-inch balls and put them on a tray covered with wax paper. Cool until hardened.

Heat chocolate bits with vegetable fat in the microwave, mixing until completely smooth.

Roll chilled balls in the melted chocolate mixture, allowing extra to drip away. Set on wax paper to harden.
