Stuffed Pizza Rolls Mozzarella (Printable Format)

# Needed Ingredients:

01 - 12 frozen bread rolls, thawed but not risen
02 - 75 grams mozzarella cheese, shredded
03 - 75 grams cooked sausage or pepperoni, diced

→ Coating

04 - 30 millilitres unsalted butter, melted
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
06 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 25 grams parmesan cheese, finely grated

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Allow the frozen rolls to thaw at room temperature for approximately 2 hours, ensuring they are pliable but have not begun to rise.
02 - Set oven to 175°C. Lightly grease a 23 x 33 cm baking pan with nonstick spray.
03 - Flatten each roll into a disc roughly 7.5 cm in diameter using your hands.
04 - Place approximately 1 tablespoon of mozzarella and an equal amount of sausage or pepperoni in the center of each dough disc.
05 - Carefully wrap the dough around the filling and pinch the seams to seal securely, forming a ball. Position seam-side down in the prepared baking pan.
06 - In a small bowl, combine melted butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Brush the mixture over the tops of the dough balls.
07 - Sprinkle grated parmesan evenly over the coated rolls.
08 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown on top.
09 - Serve hot, accompanied by marinara sauce if desired.
