Get your oven ready by setting it to 180°C (fan). Use greaseproof paper to line two baking trays.

Roll the pastry out, smooth any creases, cut it into heart shapes, then press smaller heart outlines into the middle.

Combine the cream cheese, sugar, and flour until the mixture is nice and thick. Put it into a piping bag.

Add the filling to the pastry hearts with the piping bag, place strawberry slices on top, brush the edges with dairy-free milk, and sprinkle with sugar.

Pop them in the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden and flaky. Let them cool a bit, then dust with icing sugar before enjoying.
