# What You'll Need:

→ Cookie Dough

01 - ½ cup brown sugar
02 - ½ teaspoon baking soda
03 - 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
04 - ¼ teaspoon salt
05 - 1 large egg
06 - ½ cup granulated sugar
07 - ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
08 - ¼ teaspoon baking powder
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
10 - ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed into small bits

→ Filling

11 - 2 tablespoons sugar
12 - ¼ cup strawberry jam or puree
13 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
14 - 4 oz cream cheese, at room temp

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Mix the cream cheese, sugar, strawberry jam, and vanilla until creamy. Chill in the fridge.
02 - Beat the butter with both sugars. Stir in the egg and vanilla, then fold in the flour mixture and strawberries. Let it cool in the fridge for 30 minutes.
03 - Take a small scoop of dough, flatten it out, place some filling in the center, and cover with another dough layer. Pinch edges and form a ball.
04 - Pop in a 350°F oven for 12-15 minutes until the tops are lightly golden.
