Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a flat surface and cut it into 6 equal squares or rectangles. Arrange spaced apart on the lined baking sheet.

In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Transfer the filling to a piping bag and cut the tip about 3/4 inch wide.
