# What You'll Need:

→ Base

01 - 1 store-bought 9-inch crust

→ Filling

02 - 2 handfuls of fresh spinach, finely chopped
03 - 1 cup creamy ricotta
04 - 3 eggs, large
05 - Half cup of mozzarella, shredded
06 - One cup of heavy cream
07 - Half cup of Parmesan, grated

→ Seasonings

08 - A spoonful of olive oil or butter
09 - 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
10 - A light sprinkle of nutmeg, optional
11 - 1/2 teaspoon fine salt

→ Optional Garnish

12 - Fresh herbs, roughly chopped
13 - A handful of diced tomatoes

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Heat oil in a pan and cook spinach until it wilts. Or, if using frozen, thaw it and squeeze out extra liquid.
02 - Whisk together ricotta, cream, eggs, and Parmesan. Season well and toss in the spinach.
03 - Spread the mixture evenly into the crust and sprinkle mozzarella over the top.
04 - Bake at 375°F for around 35-40 minutes. Let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes before cutting.
