10 Minute Spicy Ramen (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Noodles

01 - 1 pack (3 oz) dried ramen noodles, toss the flavor packet

→ Sauce & Aromatics

02 - 1 tsp chili flakes
03 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
04 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
05 - 1 tbsp minced white part of a green onion
06 - ½ tsp brown sugar, tweak sweetness to your preference
07 - 1 tsp minced garlic
08 - 1 tbsp freshly sliced green onion for topping

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Boil water in a pot. Toss the seasoning packet and cook ramen until it's firm but not mushy
02 - Save ¼ cup of the boiling water before draining the noodles fully
03 - Mix brown sugar and soy sauce in a small bowl. Put it aside
04 - In a pan, warm sesame oil. Quickly stir in garlic and green onion pieces, then add chili flakes
05 - Add the soy mixture and the reserved noodle water to the aromatics. Stir in ramen and coat well. Sprinkle some green onion on top and enjoy it warm
