Boil water in a pot. Toss the seasoning packet and cook ramen until it's firm but not mushy

Save ¼ cup of the boiling water before draining the noodles fully

Mix brown sugar and soy sauce in a small bowl. Put it aside

In a pan, warm sesame oil. Quickly stir in garlic and green onion pieces, then add chili flakes

Add the soy mixture and the reserved noodle water to the aromatics. Stir in ramen and coat well. Sprinkle some green onion on top and enjoy it warm
