# What You'll Need:

01 - 80% lean ground beef (1 pound)
02 - Whole lime (1, juice and zest needed)
03 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
04 - 2 fresh garlic cloves, chopped finely

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Mix the beef with lime zest, juice, chopped garlic, salt and red pepper flakes in a mixing bowl
