No-Boil Cheesy Lasagna (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 pound minced beef
02 - 2 tablespoons cooking oil
03 - 2 (14-ounce) tins diced tomatoes
04 - 2 (6-ounce) tins tomato paste
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - 2 teaspoons Italian herbs
07 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
08 - 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
09 - 1/4 teaspoon powdered garlic
10 - 1 (8-ounce) pack oven-ready lasagna sheets
11 - 1 cup grated mozzarella
12 - 1 cup cottage or ricotta cheese
13 - 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan
14 - 6 slices fresh mozzarella
15 - Fresh chopped parsley to top

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Cook beef in oil until browned, pour off excess fat. Stir in tomatoes, paste and all seasonings. Let it bubble for 5 minutes.
02 - Add alternating layers of pasta sheets, meaty sauce and cheese mixture in a greased dish. Continue layering. Finish with fresh mozzarella on top.
03 - Wrap with aluminum foil and cook at 350°F for about 35-45 minutes. Take foil off and cook another 10 minutes.
04 - Allow to sit for 10 minutes before cutting. Sprinkle with parsley if you want.
