01 - 4 pieces chicken thighs, boneless and skinless

02 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 1 green chili, deseeded and finely chopped
04 - 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, finely chopped
05 - 2 medium onions, diced

→ Spices

06 - 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
07 - 2 teaspoons chili powder
08 - 2 teaspoons ground cumin
09 - 2 teaspoons ground coriander
10 - 1 teaspoon garam masala

→ Base

11 - 5 medium tomatoes, chopped
12 - 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

→ Garnish

13 - 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, chopped

14 - 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
15 - Salt, to taste

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Heat vegetable oil over medium heat in a large pan. Add minced garlic, green chili, and fresh ginger, and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
02 - Add diced onions and cook, stirring regularly, until softened and golden brown, approximately 3 to 4 minutes.
03 - Mix in turmeric, chili powder, ground cumin, ground coriander, and garam masala. Continue sautéing for 1 additional minute until the spices release their aroma.
04 - Stir in chopped tomatoes and pour in water. Season with salt. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let the sauce thicken slightly.
