09 - 1 tablespoon of Sriracha
10 - 1 clove of garlic, minced or grated
11 - A teaspoon of honey
12 - ¾ cup of mayo
13 - ½ cup sweet Thai chili sauce

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 450°F and let it preheat
02 - Dry off the salmon and take off the skin. Slice into chunks about 1 to 1.5 inches wide
03 - Combine the mayo, seasonings, and garlic paste in a bowl. Use this to coat your salmon pieces, then sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper to your liking
04 - Place the coated salmon chunks on a baking sheet, leaving an inch or two between each piece
05 - Put in the oven to roast for 10 minutes. After that, broil for 2-3 minutes till it gets golden on top
06 - Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl while the salmon’s baking
07 - Pour some of the sauce over the salmon before serving or keep it on the side for dipping

# Additional Tips:

01 - You can cook it less time if you want the salmon a bit rarer
02 - Swap in Greek yogurt or light mayo to make it a little healthier
03 - Try some cajun spices if you want a bolder kick
04 - Crank up the spice by adding extra red pepper flakes or more Sriracha
